These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rightview service operated by First Search Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") at rightview.ai, crx.rightview.ai, and sites.rightview.ai (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Rightview is an AI-powered question-and-answer tool that searches regulatory guidance documents and, for Full Platform users, your organization's uploaded study documents, to provide sourced responses to clinical research and compliance questions. The Service is for informational purposes only.
The Service does not provide legal, medical, or regulatory advice. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Do not rely on any response as a substitute for advice from a qualified regulatory professional, attorney, or clinician. Always verify against primary source documents before making compliance decisions.

We make reasonable efforts to index current versions of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and related governance documents, but we do not guarantee they reflect the most recent amendments at the time of your query. Always verify against official sources (FDA.gov, ich.org) for compliance-critical decisions.
This section applies only to users of sites.rightview.ai.
Account authorization. Full Platform accounts are provisioned by your organization's administrator. You represent that you are authorized by your organization to access the Service and to upload any documents you submit.
Document ownership. Documents you upload remain your organization's property. We process them solely to provide the Service within your organization's isolated workspace and do not share them with other organizations or use them to train general AI models.
Authorization to upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and organizational approvals to upload any document. Do not upload documents that contain PHI or that you are not authorized to share with a third-party service provider.
The Rightview platform, interface, and underlying technology are owned by First Search Inc. Regulatory source documents searched by the Service are owned by their respective government authorities and are publicly available. Uploaded documents remain the property of the uploading organization.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRST SEARCH INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Search Inc. and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of PHI or other prohibited content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
